  2. Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

Or you can also enter OpenDNS:

  1. Preferred DNS server: 208.67.222.222
  2. Alternate DNS server: 208.67.220.220
  • Step 6: Select Validate upon exit => OK
  • Step 7: Open Command Prompt
  • Step 8: Type "cmd.exe" in the Run window => Enter
  • Step 9: Command Prompt => Enter the command "ipconfig / all" => Enter
  • Step 10: Select the window Network and Sharing Center again => Select the network you are using
  • Step 11: Select Properties
  • Step 12: Click Advanced
  • Step 13: Select Network Address
  • Step 14: Fill in the Physical Address (write immediately, without dashes)
  • Step 15: Check whether the DNS server error is responding or not?
