For example, you created a line chart as below screenshot shown:
1. First, enter the specified data point that will be added to the chart, located next to the source data
2. Right-click the line chart, and then click Select Data.
3. In the Select Data Source dialog box, click the Add button in the Legend Entries (Series) section.
4. The Edit Series dialog box will appear. (1) name the single data point in the Series name box, (2) specify the entire column including single data point as the Series value, and (3) click the OK button consecutively to close both. dialog box.
5. Continue to right-click on the line in the chart and select Change Series Chart Type
6. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, under the All Charts tab, click the Line option in the left bar, click the Line with Markers icon, and then click the OK button.

The steps to add a vertical axis to the right side of the chart would be:
1. Right-click on the chart and click Select Data from the right-clicking menu.

6. Now go back to the chart again. Right click on the left vertical axis and select Format Axis in the right-clicking menu
7. In the Format Axis pane, enable Text Options, and then select the No Fill option.
