[Q&A] Adobe Premiere Pro Blue Screen

Question: I installed Adobe Premiere Pro to learn to process video, but after installing and running the program, importing the video, I saw the video screen with a blue streaked error, refer online to see the instructions to File - Project setting - General - Video Rendering and Playback - select Mercury Playback Engine Software only ... then but still can't. I have also tried to install different versions of Adobe Premiere from very old to the newest, but it still failed. Hope the masters just help me to overcome it. Thank you very much!

I have successfully fixed it this way. Try it out:
Control Panel \ Hardware and Sound \ Divice Manager \ Display Apdater \
Right-click "Intel (R) HD Graphics ..." select "Properties" => on the "Diver" tab you turn off "Roll Back Driver" => Ok. Accomplished!
