How To Check Battery Condition On Macbook Pro
Checking the battery regularly on your MacBook computer is one of the ways to determine the durability and battery life of your laptop to use your battery more efficiently. The following article will guide many simple ways to check the battery of a Macbook.
Check the number of charges
For the current MacBook models, the number of charges is limited to about 1000 times, with older models the limit is reduced to only about 300-500 charges.
When this limit is reached, the battery normally charges poorly and the battery bottle phenomenon occurs.
To check how many times your device has charged, press the center of the Option key, then click the apple icon on the left side of the pop-up window and select System Information.

Expand the Hardware tab on the left menu and click Power.

On the right side of the screen, you'll see a notification about battery usage. The indicator in the Cycle Count section under Health Information will show the device's battery charge count.

If your device is a new Mac model and the battery charge count is less than 1000, there is no need to replace the battery. If it needs replacement, the information under Condition will show Service Battery.
Check the battery status
Data on a user's MacBook will sometimes reveal the battery status, possibly the actual current battery capacity.
Several applications will assist the machine to display these information, including one very popularly used application is coconutBattery (download here).

A newer MacBook will have a battery capacity of 7098 mAh. When first purchased, the capacity at full capacity can reach 8755 mAh.
If the battery capacity drops 15% after 3 years of use, you are using and preserving the battery is quite good.
How to use properly to prevent the Macbook from getting bottle batteries
Update the software on the latest device

Updating to the latest version of MacOS will help you get the best battery life. To check if there is a version of MacOs that needs updating, go to System Preferences> Software Update.
Turn off the keyboard lights when not in use
The keyboard support light is essential in low light or no light, but this also causes the battery to drain quickly. When you don't need this support, enable auto-off by using System Preferences> Keyboard.
